Delivery and Collection Policy

Stock Release UK acts as a disclosed sales agent. The stock owner remains the contractual seller of the goods.

Delivery, collection and associated costs are agreed separately for each transaction before the seller approves the final deal.

Depending on the stock and location, arrangements may include:

• collection by the buyer;
• delivery organised by the seller;
• delivery arranged through a third-party carrier;
• another arrangement agreed between the seller and buyer.

Any separately charged delivery, collection, pallet, courier or freight costs will be stated clearly before the transaction is approved.

The seller remains responsible for invoicing the buyer and for ensuring that the goods are prepared, packed and made available in accordance with the agreed arrangements.

Stock Release UK does not operate a standard retail delivery service and stock transactions are not completed through the Shopify checkout.

Delivery charges that are separately itemised are excluded from the net goods value used to calculate Stock Release UK’s commission.
